Cough Assist Circuits

    Just wondering if anyone is having as much trouble as I am with getting new circuits for their cough assist machines ? Used to get them direct from MDWA but that changed when the NDIS came in. To cut a long story short - can't order/pay online and get it delivered. Since 1 Nov (nearly 3 weeks) I have left messages/emails with both Philips Sleep Services Australia and the WA branch Sleep Easy to get a new circuit. No response or delayed response. I finally today managed to get something ordered and paid for. Ordered 3 circuits so I don't have to go through this again too soon. Would be keen to know how others are going with this ?
