- These terms apply to anyone who uses The Loop's Community Forum. Please read these terms before using the Forum. If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us. Our contact details are on The Loop website. By using the Forum, you agree to these terms.
- We may change these terms at any time. We will notify you if there are significant changes that effect you. We last updated these terms on 6 May 2020.
- Below is a list of defined terms that we use in these terms:

- "Forum" means The Loop's Community Forum at .
- "we", "us" and "our" means Muscular Dystrophy Foundation Australia.
- "you" means a person who uses the Forum.
- Registration
- You must create an account before you can use the Forum.
- You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of 18, your parent or guardian must read these terms and agree to them on your behalf before you register.

- You must comply with the Community Guidelines when using the Forum.

- The Forum allows you to enter, create or upload text, images and other content (User Content). You must ensure User Content complies with the Community Guidelines.
- You give us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to exercise intellectual property rights in User Content to provide and operate the Forum. We may also use User Content to promote us, the Forum and our other services. If you have any moral rights in User Content, you consent to us doing any act or omission in respect of User Content that would otherwise infringe your moral rights.
- We may remove or edit any User Content that does not comply with these terms.
- Suspending or closing your account
- We may suspend or close your account immediately if you breach these terms, and we may also permanently ban you from creating any further accounts.
- We may stop operating the Forum at any time, in which case your account will be closed.
- You can close your account at any time.

- All material on the Forum, including text, images and software, is subject to copyright that is owned or licensed by us. This material may be reproduced and used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No other use may be made of this material without our prior written permission.
- Trade marks
- Our trade marks may not be used except as expressly permitted by these terms or otherwise with prior written permission from the trade mark owner.
- Security
- We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to computer systems arising in connection with use of the Forum. You should take your own precautions to ensure that the processes you use for accessing the Forum do not expose you to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference.
